3. Orders & Payments

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across Pakistan. Please ensure availability to receive your parcel; repeated refusals may result in restricted COD access.
• Advance Payment: Required for customized or high-value orders. Payment details will be shared upon confirmation.
• Orders are processed only after payment confirmation (for advance orders).

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines vary by location (typically 3–7 business days).
• Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
• Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or email.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to hygiene and product nature, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.
• In case of damage, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
• Replacement will be provided subject to stock availability; refunds are not offered.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
• Advance payments for canceled orders may be adjusted toward future purchases.

7. Liability
